I stayed at this resort which had beautiful weather and offered a variety of food options at the restaurant. However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues, unresponsive staff, and a lack of attention to guest safety, particularly regarding the pool. I recently stayed at this resort and my experience was quite mixed. While the location was beautiful and the open layout made for a unique atmosphere, the condition of the facilities left much to be desired. The service had some exceptional moments, particularly during dining, but overall it felt neglected.
